Our offices are still open! We offer video or phone sessions to accommodate precautions to prevent the spread of COVID-19. Some of our therapists will continue hold in-person meetings as circumstances allow. If you are an existing client please contact your therapist for updates and inquire about virtual sessions. Please check your health insurance policy regarding insurance reimbursement for virtual sessions since coverage varies for this service.
We encourage everyone to be safe but also to reflect on ways to nurture mind, body and spirit. To that end, we hope this poem we received from a priest may inspire you.
