Keith Miller founded the practice in 2007 and is a licensed clinical social worker that can help you heal from symptoms related to trauma, mood regulation, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. Keith works with couples and individuals and specializes in using a systematic, mindfulness-based model of therapy called Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS). IFS is an evidence-based treatment for anxiety and stress-related health issues.

Working with Keith will help you compassionately resolve inner conflicts that keep you stuck and limit your full potential in relationships and in life. With couples, Keith sets the pace and tone of the sessions to ensure a safe setting in which you both can more easily let down defenses and become curious about how to get what you need without losing connection to each other.

Keith is a national speaker and educator on the topic of mindfulness in psychotherapy and is the author of several books on personal growth and relationships, including many free webinars and courses, and  Love Under Repair: How to Save Your Marriage and Survive Couples Therapy.

Yasir Ahmed is a Licensed Professional Counselor who works with couples and individuals. Yasir is passionate about helping couples break through protective habits that keep them from having the energy to bend and flex to meet the demands of nurturing an authentic love relationship. Besides working with couples, Yasir also works with families and teenagers, individuals with trauma, depression and anxiety. Originally from India, Yasir came to the United States in 2010, completed his Master’s in Clinical Psychology in 2014. Since obtaining licensure has since been pursuing intensive post-graduate training in individual and couples therapy.

She utilizes elements of  Emotionally-Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples, family systems therapy, and she is pursuing training in Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS). She is trained as a PREPARE/ENRICH premarital counseling facilitator and has additional training in working with trauma, such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), Level I. She also incorporates mindfulness in her clinical work. Patricia is fluent in Portuguese.

She is a specialist in Relationship Enhancement©, a psycho-educational model that is based on empathy, validation, and structured dialogue.  She has received training from several of the leading masters in the field of couples therapy and marriage education.  In addition to holding a postgraduate certificate in trauma from Harvard University, she has considerable expertise in working with diverse immigrant populations and intercultural relationships.  She aims to help individuals become more at ease and effective in their relationships.

Our consultation fees range from $175-$400 per hour, depending on the clinician.
We do not accept insurance, meaning we are not "in-network" with any health plans.
However, many of our clients submit claims to their out-of-network health insurance and receive 40-60% reimbursement.
