I use systematic, mindfulness-based model of therapy called IFS, which is an evidence-based treatment for anxiety and stress-related health issues.

In 2007, I founded Keith Miller Counseling and began putting together a team of therapists to help people feeling just like you are. Our team continues to grow and serve the community. Our team specializes in anxiety therapy and counseling.
