Of those suffering receive treatment

Sadly, even though anxiety disorders are highly treatable, only 36.9% of those who battle with anxiety receive treatment.

The reasons why more anxiety sufferers are not receiving treatment vary, but the most common one is that they do not seek out the help they need and deserve.

But Help Is Available For You

Keith Miller Counseling

Hello,

My name is Keith Miller. I am a psychotherapist and licensed clinical social worker.

I have traveled across the country speaking about mental health and have published two books relationships and mental well-being.

I use systematic, mindfulness-based model of therapy called IFS, which is an evidence-based treatment for anxiety and stress-related health issues.

In 2007, I founded Keith Miller Counseling and began putting together a team of therapists to help people feeling just like you are. Our team continues to grow and serve the community.

Today, I am happy to say that Keith Miller Counseling has helped hundreds of individuals and couples in the Washington, DC and surrounding area.
