Learn why coping with grief is different from healing with grief, with Bethesda Grief Counseling

With Bethesda grief therapy, we hear people say that you never get over the death of someone you really love. How is it then that one can go living? Quite often people talk about coping with grief by taking on new activities or getting absorbed by work. But if the activities are less than healthy, like drinking or impulsive behavior, then people find themselves faced with new problems. Grief can be overwhelming and can cause symptoms of both severe anxiety and depression. Bethesda grief counseling will address these issues and teach you ways that are healthy for you to deal with them.
