Our staff is proud to be a leading Bethesda MD psychotherapy practice in the area. We are highly trained counselors, social workers, and marriage and family therapists. We’ve learned just how important it is to first make a solid connection with you to find out what is causing you pain or anxiety. There are many tools and techniques that our counselor will share with you for helping you feel more yourself again but you’ll always feel nurtured and cared for in the process. Psychotherapy that is lacking the kind of personal, down-to-earth feel can often make symptoms worse. We are also goal-directed, meaning we’ll keep our sights on the kind of outcome you want to achieve from therapy.

Some of the most common areas our Bethesda MD psychotherapy experts excel at treating are:

– Depression recovery tools
– Building self-esteem that lasts
– Finding the keys to your motivation
– Getting un-stuck in your career or relationship
– Difficulty making decisions
– Breaking bad habits
– Handling criticism better
– Getting over jealousy
– Desire to feel more confident
– Ending self-criticism
– Overcoming fears and phobias
– Ending panic attacks

We like to talk on the phone to get to know you a bit before we schedule a session. Let’s talk to see if we’re a good fit!

Our fees are between $200-$400 for 50 minutes, depending on your counselor. We do not accept insurance, meaning we are not "in-network" with any health plans.
However, many of our clients submit claims to their out-of-network health insurance and receive 40-60% reimbursement.
